Responsibility for clients and Practitioner

Optimum Health has the highest regard for health. Although restrictions have eased, please be assured that enhanced hygiene is still maintained to promote a safe environment for client and practitioner.

• Masks and face shields optional for clients

• Hand sanitiser available for client on arrival and departure

• Client to bring a bottle of water to treatment as we are currently unable to supply

• Clients kindly asked to observe good time keeping in order to allow time in between clients 

• Unless a chaperone is needed for a client under the age of 16 please do not bring anyone with you. Only one parent per child is permitted and no other siblings. If a carer or other person is needed for support then please inform practitioner in advance

Please do not attend if you have tested positive for Covid-19 or have symptoms such a shortness of breath, a temperature, a new continuous cough, loss of or change in normal sense of taste or smell​. Your appointment can be rearranged.
