Vicki was recommended to me by a friend, as I was suffering with tension and pain in my shoulders, neck and head. I also had pain in my left knee. I agreed to start a programme of 6 craniosacral therapy sessions and after each session I could feel that something was shifting and readjusting in my body. I always left with a feeling that something very positive had happened and felt immensely relaxed. Vicki's gentle touch has reintegrated my body, mind and spirit which was the trigger to help release the tension and pain I had. My knee has totally healed and I have no knee problems since.
